I am a professionally qualified counsellor based in West Sussex, offering both short term and open-ended counselling to individuals. I offer a friendly, empathic, non judgemental and confidential support to people looking to overcome personal problems and difficulties. I practice counselling in Littlehampton, Rustington, Angmering, Goring and Worthing.
As a counsellor, I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I work to their code of ethics and framework for good practice.
